    Why Is My Parcel At The Post Office?

    If you choose standard shipping, your parcel maybe directly delivered to your local post office. You Should Get a notice that inform you once it has arrived. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. If you are also not at home when the parcel is to be delivered and it is too big for your letterbox the item may also be brought back to your local post office, a notice will usually be left on your door or in your letterbox.

    My Order Is Taking A Long Time To Arrive, When Is It Coming?

    Check the order status and if it is tracked check the tracked status then calculate the number of business days since it has been sent, if it is over the expected delivery time please contact us.

    If you used one of our other express shipping methods like DHL,EMS , we get the tracking info usually in 2-3 days after we shipped the package,please do not worry , we will update the tracking number at our site and you will get email once the tracking is available.
